Mary is currently CEO of Coole Swan. Prior to joining she worked with Diageo – firstly as Head of
Transfer Pricing and later as Associate Director, Corporate Finance for LATAM and EMEA, where she was responsible for identifying suitable acquisitions for the Group. During her time at Diageo, she led the disposal of a significant portfolio of spirit brands owned by the Group.
Early Career
Mary trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin. In her role as Tax Manager, she oversaw the tax portfolios of a number of large multinational corporations in the food and drink, and innovation sector.
Mary has also lectured extensively in the field of entrepreneurship and corporate scaling, including at the prestigious London School of Economics, and Boston College.
She holds an honours degree in Economics from UCD.
